Alter size of text in thread preview popup?

I'm a bit lost - I want to make the thread preview popup text a bit smaller but can't figure out how to do it. I've changed the font value in Styles > Overlays and Tooltips > Preview Tooltip ... but it's not working - it doesn't seem to have any affect.

Could someone please help me figure out what I need to change?

Add this to EXTRA.css:

.previewTooltip blockquote {
font-size: 0.9 em;
}

Adjust the CSS to suit, using px or em.
