Allow Users to Change Their Birthday

I recently helped a member here to import his forum from SMF to XenForo using vBulletin's IMPEX importer. There has been some problems which we could easily resolve with the help of other threads here but there is one which we couldn't.

It seems that impex nulled all birthdays to a date and users are not able to change it. Now this board that we are talking about here has over 6000 members and as you can imagine it's a lot of work to change them manually one by one.

This add-on should have these features:

-Select usergroups which have the permission to change their birthday
-Users which have a certain day can change their birtday example: 01.01.2011
-Limit the time which selected users or usergroups are able to change their birthday.

You would need an add-on to do that.
There is no option to enable members to do it from their profile.

Figured, an add-on allowing users who has a specific birthday for a limited time would help then. Brogan can you move this thread to add-on requests if it's ok?
