Fixed "Allow user selecion" value not exported

Add "Allow user selection" when import language or style.



Add this option into:

That option should be part of the export, so we respect what it was already set to.

Hmm, I stand corrected - that's a bug then.

We don't have a user selectability option for languages, but the export and import of styles will now respect the existing option. Styles exported already will always be set to selectable.
