Is it possible to give the following option only to certain user groups?

"Show people's signatures with their messages"

Yes, I saw this option in the user preference but was wondering if this setting can only be visible to certain usergroups.

If this is not natively available, can you point me in the direction(template) of where I can start looking for this and add a conditional so that option only shows up for X usergroup?
