MG 1.1 Allow mods to create categories?

Hi,

How do I allow non-admin users (mods/super mods) to create categories in XMG?

Categories can only be created by administrators in the ACP.

You could give moderators the "Manage XenForo Media Gallery" admin permission only. They'd have to log into the ACP to create categories and manage other aspects of XFMG but that's all they could do, they wouldn't have any other admin permissions.

The other aletrnative is that you will need a custom add on that can make the creation and management of categories on the front end and controlled by group permissions.
