Duplicate Allow members to stop others following them

I have a few members who feel they are being stalked(eg in a sexual manner) by another member.
It would be great if members could disallow all other members to follow them.
I realise it may be too hard to just just disallow one or two members.

Tell them to use the Privacy features in their preferences.



Set everything to "People you follow" which means that the user has to follow someone before that other user can see anything about them - gives the user complete control over who can see their profile or contact them or see their news feed.

To disallow individuals from following you would require custom development.

So it is actually not possible to exclude individual users from following you? Why is that? My members complain about ad accounts that follow them.
