Quite often members purchase the wrong account upgrade. For example they buy a name change while they intended to get different functionality (different account upgrade)
It would be nice if they could simply switch it themselves without me having to edit their account to give them the correct user groups.
It also happens that a member would like to upgrade to a higher plan. i.e. a more expensive account upgrade. It would be useful if they can simply switch to a more expensive account upgrade which would automatically stop the old subscription and create a new one.
