Lack of interest Allow disabling Guest Page Cache via templates

Currently, guest page cache can be limited to certain routes via config.php.

It is also possible to disable it at runtime by setting \XF\Pub\App::$allowPageCache = false;.

It would be nice if some functionality could be exposed to set this from templates, this would allow end users to easily disable guest page cache without requiring (complex) Add-ons.

We're really liking the ability to "Cache pages for guests". It's a fantastic feature and seems to be incredibly effective. One thing we're dealing with is that we have one "page" that we would like to NOT be cached by this system. Is there any way to disable Cache pages for guests at a page...

The security mechanisms introduced in XenForo 2.2.18 / 2.3.9 reminded me on this issue - if would be really appreciated if it was possible to disable guest page caching by template.
