Not planned Allow a style that is blank with no add ons.

Not sure if the above link counts, it seems to be asking for something else.

What I would like is when I install an add on through the add on manager I would like to have the choice of style I want it installed in. That way I can always keep a clean style that has not been touched in case I need to go back and start over or screw something up and can trouble shoot with the clean style.

Unfortunately, for various technical reasons, this is not something that is viable. An add-on has a lot more hooks than what you may see from a style.

If your reasoning is troubleshooting, you should use the bulk add-on toggle tool in the control panel to quickly disable all/most add-ons.
