Add-on All Nofollow

I am searching for an add on that makes ALL external links (threads, Templates, ....) nofollow, except those domains who are on a whitlist.

I know. Thats why I need the plugin for all external links and not only in post.

Sometimes you (staff) want to link to another external artikel but you don´t want to give "linkjuice" to the site.

I'm looking despereately for a solution to make all links "FOLLOW". nonone seems to have this solution.
