All fun and no work = no fun :(

I am looking at setting up a temporary office in LA. Can anyone tell me which of the two options below are cheaper / can save me a few bucks?

Option 1: Rent a furnished temporary office

Option 2: Rent an office that is not furnished and I will rent furniture myself

Any info will be greatly appreciated.
