XF 2.0 Alerts

Is there a unified place where all alerts have to go through before being created? I do not necessarily need to hook into before they're being saved, afterwards would be okay as well. I just need to do something at the time they're fired.

I am not fully sure, but did you take a look at XF\Repository\UserAlert::insertAlert?

Oh, UserAlert. And I already wondered why I couldn't find anything matching for the Alert-folder, where the handlers are stored, but I only looked for stuff beginning with 'Alert'. That's kinda inconsistent, but admittably I could have just used my explorers search bar to find that. Thanks for pointing me into the right direction.
