Alerts bug?

Hello,
Not getting all my alerts. System is missing about half of my new activity. My alert pop up isn't showing many new activity items so I have to go manually look for my posts to see if there is a reply.

This has been an issue for about a week now. I don't know if it's a "bug" but thought I would bring it to your attention.

It’s seems intermittent.

I should also clarify that sometimes the actual alert is in the pop up but the alert flag is not showing/up.

Out of my last five alerts, your reply was the only one that triggered the red “flag” to pop up BUT the other four did not trigger anything yet appeared in drop down list.
