Sometimes people post claims predicting future events or news stories that should evolve with future events/disclosures. It would be cool if permissioned users could set a "thread bump message" to be posted to a thread on a future date. Something like, "has it happened yet?". Helps to remind folks to follow up on a discussion that might otherwise be forgotten.
