Duplicate Alert use when account upgrade is about to expire.

I think it would be good if the system would alert the user that their account upgrade is about to expire. I have been running some extremely basic account upgrades over the last two months and users ask questions about why certain features wont work anymore, forgetting that their upgrade expired.

I think this should be built into the system.
