Duplicate Alert on staff action

When someone moves, edits, or deletes something.... I think users should be informed.

For example, I have no idea what happen to my "Suggestion: Larger Avatar" thread.

I have a habit of reposting things... Not to cause trouble, but simply because post don't always go through. A notice would be helpful.
