Not a bug Alert missing

Thread is being watched. As you can see there was no alert even though there is a new post in the thread.
Also missing in /account/alerts

There is a deleted post in there by AndyB which likely would have generated an alert but the alert would have been removed after the post was removed.

I need to double check the logic there though as perhaps the new post should have triggered an alert

On closer inspection, there's not really anything we can do about this.

The post was deleted after the new post was created, which is why the new post wouldn't have generated an alert. If it happened the other way around, you may have got a replacement alert.
