XF 1.2 Alert is 1 But Turns To 0 in Really Small Responsive

Does it happen on the standard style (preferably with add-ons disabled)?

"0" alerts happened after the 1.1 upgrade when the navigation.css template was outdated. This may be something different but it's worth checking. Or more generally, try a default style as Mike suggested.

I disabled listeners in config.php style because it was still doing it even in the default style. After disabling listeners it now shows on default style and regular theme. Turning all addons off now to figure out which one is interfering.

It's BD Widget Framework causing this error. No other widgets were enabled except Taigachat, still occured when disabled. I had all addons disabled, left this on for awhile and the error still occurred. Alerting xfrocks now.
