XF 1.3 Alert background is transparent

i made a change when I first installed xenforo three years ago, and can't remember how to correct it.

Bottom line, the background of the dropdown menus are transparent. How do I correct this?

Looks like you've set Style Properties -> Building Blocks -> Secondary Content to a transparent background.

Not really ideal as it's used around the style quite often, in overlays too. Set it to match your content background if you want the same effect without the issues.

Next up ... The background for editing a post title, and inserting a link, is black. Where do I make this change?
