XF 1.4 Alert and PM notifications issue

Hello all,

Since a while, I have to refresh my forum page to seethe bubble for the notifications or private messages.
What can I check or do to solve this issue cause I have a lot of add-on which are installed so disable one per one will be a hard task knowing I have a lot of members who are connected?

I may revert a template or something else IDK?

You will need to determine if it is the style or an add-on.

The usual troubleshooting steps apply - disable all add-ons and test in a default style.

I have changed my style to another one and it works without disabling any add-on.
However, what can I check in addition of this please cause this bug is terrible annoying...

If it works in another style then it is the style.

You will need to contact the style designer for support.
