Age and Gender mandatory at registration?

Is there an option to make Age and/or Gender mandatory at registration?

Age yes, gender no.

Options -> User Registration: Require date of birth and minimum age

I believe additional mandatory info at registration might become possible in version 1.1 with the availability of custom user profile fields.

I did create a mod that prevents a user changing their gender once it'd been set. It doesn't require it set at registration, but once it's set it doesn't allow it to be changed.

People will simply lie if you force them to enter anything... *shrug*

Do you really think, that people will lie if you force them to select their gender? So if they have a 50/50 they will choose the opposite on purpose?

Oh, and by the way, sometimes it just doesn't make sense to lie on the gender selection.
