XF 1.5 After upgrade to 1.5.12 there are files not helthy need help please?

After the upgrade to the new version I have the following files that show up in the Health Check in Tools
  1. install/data/phrases.xml File does not contain expected contents.
  2. install/data/admin_templates.xml File does not contain expected contents.
  3. install/data/templates.xml File does not contain expected contents.
  4. install/data/style_properties.xml File does not contain expected contents.
  5. install/data/options.xml File does not contain expected contents.
  6. install/language_en.php File does not contain expected contents.
  7. library/XenForo/ProxyOutput.php File does not contain expected contents.
  8. library/XenForo/PasswordHash.php File does not contain expected contents.
  9. library/XenForo/Application.php File does not contain expected contents.
  10. library/XenForo/BounceParser.php File does not contain expected contents.
  11. library/XenForo/Input.php File does not contain expected contents.
  12. library/XenForo/Error.php File does not contain expected contents.
  13. library/XenForo/Mail.php File does not contain expected contents.
I tried to manual upload the files again, but it is still the same. Same files keep in the system with this error. What can I do?

When I uploaded the ZIP file and unzipped it there were files which the server (for unknown reason) didn't allow to overwrite so I had to manual to this.

Any help would be much appreciated.

This is likely related

Are you certain this issue is resolved? It might be worth trying with a different FTP client. Sometimes we have seen issues with FileZilla. Also, re-download the package from the Customer Area and be sure you're uploading the files from the correct ZIP.

It's also theoretically possible that the file in library/XenForo/Install/Data/FileSums.php is the one with the issue, so it might be worth in the first instance deleting that one file and uploading it again.

This file is not in the upgrade package I have downloaded from your Customer area!?

I have downloaded the package again, but the file you referred to is not there?
