XF 2.2 After restoring database, emojis became a question mark

On my old Hosting, I recovered my database. Because Plesk was giving a warning like "Database limit exceed". After that emojis became "?".

I know there is no way to restore them, but is there any way to bulk remove them?

Weird. I have 2 SQL Dumps. One of them from yesterday, one of them from the second of the month. But both of them are 100% UTF8MB4. I guess there was a database corruption while trying to recover the database from Plesk.
