Is there a way of encrypting PMS on Xenforo? I've seen some boards that claim to have 128 bit AES encryption on their PMS.

XenForo doesn't encrypt PCs, you would need to have an add-on. Are you sure that they aren't just running on SSL?

I don't know but I think that is going to hurt your site speed when members are working with their PMs.

I'm not sure. I saw it on a private forum based on createaforum. Said "128 bit AES encrypted PMS"

Would an SSL technically be encrypting the PMS?

    Noob question, I apologize :D

SSL would be encrypting any page its installed on. Its the same technology that is used on checkouts within eCommerce sites to encrypt that data.
