XF 1.3 Adsense Tutorial - Codes

Hi I am searching one tutorial to use codes for adsenses... I know that I have add ons that help, But I would like to use without add on, so, only using codes...

I Found this page that speak about the locations:

For example, If I want to put one adsense at Header, At body of message, above threads and etc... only know the codes to put there.
