XF 2.0 Adsense banner ads are not centered?

Default formatting for Adsense ad banners (above thread list) and (below thread list) are not centering the ads on the page(?) It's almost like they were hard-coded for a web site with a fixed 1200px width - and if you format the site for anything wider the ad banners are off-center?

Can someone provide a work-around to center the ads?
