Admins and users "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action."

I have edited the Permissions for the users, admins, etc. and the post thread is YES.

after that when I try to post a thread as admin or user it gives me this:

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

and this is the console response:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

as I can see it's Forrbidden but why? I have no idea.

If you require support, you will need to link your forum user name with your customer account and post in the relevant forum.
