XF 1.1 Admin password won't work on admin profile

I'm unable to edit my profile via the admin area with the same password used to get into the admin area itself. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Update: I had the board send me a new password. I was able to log in with it, go to the admin area with it, but couldn't change my profile with it.

Are you entering the password in the field at the top of the page?

Yes. That's where I'm getting the error.

It's very strange. I logged out and logged back in and it worked fine. I assume I must have been putting in something wrong. Thanks for your help.
