- Everything in xenforo works, it's built to an outstanding quality unrivalled anywhere, in the forum world, imo.
- Nobody know's. Only the devs.
- Sorry i don't understand. The admin panel in xenforo is easy to use, you won't have any issues with it. If you do get stuck, the support community here is again unrivalled in resolving issues.
- Again, not understanding new version layouts? Your able to customise layouts. The styling template system is brilliantly developed and i regard this as XFs great areas.

It's flashy if you customise it. Here's my example on how you can customise it. There are far better stylers though (Forsaken, Arty, Kim, John, Audentio and many others) which you can see examples of very customisable styles.

- There are templates where you can insert ad/adsense codes in multiple locations (if I understood you correctly). Slavik posted a guide showing you where they are.
- Not understanding what you mean with categories modules somebody i'm sure will make sense of that and get back to you.
- There are many developers that will take on custom work you can request for any services you may want in the requests forum.
