I'm not sure if this can be classed as a bug or not, but because I believe you should be logged into the AdminCP before you can use it to do anything at all, I think it is...

If you go to a page in the adminCP without logging in, you get the login container, with the page not found error string printed underneath the XenForo logo...

We exempt anything in the admin error controller to help prevent things like infinite loops. This really only covers not found pages, server errors, and super admin limits (though that likely wouldn't be hit).
