XF 2.1 Admin Lock Down

It was brought to my attention that an admin cannot remove another admin unless they are a super admin. How can an admin that goes rogue be locked down by other admins before the Super Admin gets online before they do to much damage?

Actually we had this happen in the past on vBulletin. So the other admins just took them out of the admin user group, to remove their permissions.

The other admins figured out today and tried to remove an admin and they could do nothing. Which means it requires a super admin to remove them.

If any admin could remove or lock down any other admin then that rogue admin could do the same to the other admins.

Hence why it has to be a super admin.
