XF 1.5 Admin Font Colour

Hi Guys,

I'm quite new to xenforo and am really liking it so far. I do have a small question regarding font colours and user groups (I think)?

Is it possible to adjust the text colour of a particular user group?
i.e. Admin will always post in blue, Mods in green etc etc?

The reason I ask is we are designing a team based forum game and we would like each team to be posting in their respective team colours.

Edit: is there also a way to have an icon next to their member name ?

You're going to have to examine the CSS in posts in forums where it doesn't work to those in the new forum where it does. You can use the browser console for this. The following guide may help if you're not familiar with the browser console.

This has now been resolved.

After digging around a bit in the browser console, I finally worked out that .message .messageInfo had a colour applied to it that was overriding the .staff colour in EXTRA.css.

The solution was therefore to navigate to ACP > Appearance > Style Properties > Message Layout > Content Container and clear the colour set in the text colour box. Once done, the .staff color worked.
