XF 1.3 Admin banning

So I just imported a board from vB 3.8 where the folks were administrators. Not the main admins, but they had power of ban, etc.

I have ban powers, and and I've added them to the Admin role, and moderator role after reading the manual.

However they don't have the Ban feature in the drop down of looking at someone's profile like I do.

any suggestions?

Do all of you have Registered as your primary user group with Administrative as your secondary user group?

User groups have nothing to do with this, please avoid giving misleading information @Amaury.

The following conditions need to be met for the "Ban" link to appear:

• Viewing user is an administrator (ACP -> Users -> Administrators)
• Has the administrator permission to ban (Manage Bans)
• The user isn't viewing themselves
• The user isn't viewing the profile of a moderator
• The user ins't viewing the profile of an administrator

Once you have all that, the Ban link should appear. You'll want to check those.

Sorry. It actually wasn't misinformation, but a comment saying that everyone's user group should be Registered.

I was going to edit my previous post with more information regarding the actual question itself, but I got busy because a friend came over to hang out.
