As designed Adjust Spoiler Tooltip Placement Based on Page Position

This may be as designed (or a design issue) and this might affect more than just the spoiler tooltip, but I'm not sure.

If you open a thread and scroll to a certain post with a spoiler by clicking the time stamp and hover over it, the tooltip is obscured. If possible, my suggestion would be to base the placement of the tooltip on the position of the page. So, for example, in the screenshot below, the tooltip could either be placed to the right of or below the spoiler:

Our tooltips generally have specific locations and orientations, so on the whole, I'm going to have to call this as designed.
