Adjust Filmstrip Size and/or Number of Media

I would like to have the ability to adjust the filmstrip size for PC, Tablet and Mobile views, individually. Presently, they are too small to make out any detail on the mobile phone view and on the PC view ...too small. Also, I would like to be able to modify the number of media items for each of the 3 sizes, PC, Tablet, and Mobile, individually.

Yeah, I don't think there is any option to adjust the size of the filmstrip below media items. From what I can tell, they are hard-coded to 50px?



I don't see any reason why you couldn't use some media queries to show custom size filmstrips for different screen sizes. I agree that they are too small.

I believe it just uses the media thumbnails, so maximum size you can go to (without pixelisation) is whatever is set here:




... and yes, it would be nice if you could adjust this using settings rather than template edits - so, good suggestion

this seems to be sorted in 2.1, certainly one can specify the number if images in the film strip
