Lack of interest Usergroup permission for limiting number of media uploads / day

In Photopost we used this so premium (paying) members had the privilege to upload more than 1 photo / day. This was a nice incentive to stimulate premium membership sales.

It can also be useful for forums which servers have low capacity HDD space so not too many uploads are made, and maybe there may be cases where it prevents flooding.

Of course my main argument for this feature is the use in free/paid membership. Hope it'll be considered

Actually, I would really like to have this option for exactly the same reason - it gives me a good hook for user upgrades so premium members can upload a heap more photos per day
