My last contact was on May, 17th, as he solved a ticket issue. That´s 6 weeks ago and not really long to call him out. The forums have never been populated much, the support forums are private forums and used as a ticket system.

This add-on is still supported and working with the latest XF version (2.2.6)
Support is mainly handled through our website. It's taken 3 years of updates and changes to get the add-on working as stable as it does with all the features it has. We provide a completely free lite version for anyone to try. A license gives access to the add-on as is with the features it has at the time of purchase (like any other software) with updates to ensure it works with new XF releases without major issues (as it has so far). We're always open to new feature requests and constructive feedback, but this isn't the only add-on we support or the only project we have to have to work on so new features don't follow a specific timeline and we can't get to all of them.
With that said, we are working on an update with some new features, @cdub emails for upcoming renewals is part of it.
@Agentos we have new demo and dev environments, will PM you demo info in a bit.

I can attest to this. The add-on works great and support has been fast when there were bugs.
This add-on is 100% worth the money and as user upgrades are the sole source of income for my site. It's paid for itself many many many times and counting.

@AddonFlare is a great guy who has built an amazing (arguably one of the best) add-ons for Xenforo out there.
In addition, he's always prompt when dealing with support issues on his site. I can't recommend this add-on enough.

I'm randomly now getting errors using the Paid Registration addon that mention user Mention Improvement addon.
The only change has been upgrading to patch 2 as we've done a ton of user upgrades and haven't changed either add-on for a long time.

I haven't updated to 2.2.6 yet, but I noticed you're a version behind with this addon. Maybe that has something to do with it? Just an idea

Paid Registrations - Free Trial Period for Paid Subscription
It would be a really nice feature if we could give a free trial for account upgrades. i.e. the user signs up for the free trial, enters their payment details and once the free trial is over, the paid subscription begins. Because the trial is free, more people will sign up for the subscription...

Paid Registrations - Buy Account Upgrades on No Permissions page
XenForo displays the same no permission page regardless of the reason for the lack of permission. I suggest to monetize this in the following way: IF the page is accessible to usergroups that are available through account upgrades, then display a page to purchase the related account upgrades...
