XF 2.1 addOn won't uninstall

Hello, I have a problem with addOn uninstalling:

Add-on seems to be installed, but it is in the "Installable add-ons" on my add-ons list. Is there a way to solve this problem? Thanks a lot

This is not the first issue you have had with this add-on, so the author will need to address all of the issues.
