Hi guys,
Im interested in the ability to create an addon that the administrator or mods (permission based) can schedule the enablement or disabling of other addons.
Why?
- By being able to enable or disable addons, you are able to save precious usage resources when your site is not active, or the information does not need to be showed.
Featureset Required:
- Permission based controls on who can schedule the addons.
- Should have controls similiar to the scheduling of a cron job, where you are able to set the frequency of an addon to be enabled and disabled. (An addon should be able to be enabled and disabled on the same screen for example i can schedule an addon to be enabled at 5pm Friday Night and then disabled on 5am Monday morning, to be run every week).
