Cannot reproduce Addon Syncing Issue?

I dont know if this a permission issue or a bug,
but I am trying to sync my addon and its saying I dont have permission to perform this action or view this page.

A refresh synced the addon.

I have not been able to reproduce this, but like the post above states.. I refreshed and it worked.
Thats all the info I have on that, but if it happens again, I will sure to let you know!.

Strange, I'm now getting this issue too. Trying to reproduce the error with steps..

Edit: In my case, it may be addon related. I disabled a large groups of addons and seemed to fix the issue. I'll post back if I can narrow down a specific addon which seems to be causing it, if that was indeed the issue.
