How does one get into AdminCP when the standard $config['enableListeners'] = false; doesn't work?

Can't get into AdminCP.

Receiving the following error: An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.

Rest of the forum appears to be working fine.

You may need to troubleshoot the issue via web server, PHP and MySQL logs.
