RM 1.1 Adding a default icon to RM

Hey guys,

Is there any way to add a default icon when no icon is uploaded by the resource author?

This is the default icon: http://xenforo.com/community/styles/default/xenresource/resource_icon.png

Change it to suit in your own style directory.

Hoping somebody still knows how to replace the default icon image in RM (2.1.5), I replaced resource_icon.png and even removed it but the same image is showing, tried updating caches, uploading new files, etc. This old suggestion doesn't work for me, any new procedures?
