Add & Update - Problem

In the Add-ons section, the "Add & Update" alternative does not appear, so we cannot install any addon.

Should we modify the server configuration?

We already add the line: $ config ['enableAddOnArchiveInstaller'] = true; in PHP Settings


Can anyone help us?
