Add subcategories to 2.0 Themes section in resource manager

There's section for 1.0, but not for 2.0.

It's useful for when you're only looking to only browse for a light vs dark theme or vice versa

It was done like that deliberately. The amount of wrongly categorised resources was quite surprising (especially for add-ons) so we decided a streamlined approach was preferable.

Ah okay. Makes sense for add ons. It seems a shame to simplify it for the styles though. It's quite useful for discovery to be able to filter by dark light and seasonal. Better for authors too, as there's more chance someone might find their relevant theme browsing in that category.
