Duplicate Add spam cleaner to Admin CP

It would be extremely useful to have the spam cleaner accessible in the Admin Control Panel when viewing a user. There is an add-on for it, but it's such a simple function that it seems folding it into the core makes a good deal of sense.

This would let administrators more easily clean up spammers that are flagged in the Spam Trigger Log or are otherwise discovered within the Admin CP, without having to jump into the forums and triggering it there.

Right now my workflow is: View Spam Trigger Log > Click log event > Click username > Actions > View Public Profile > Moderator Tools > Spam > Clean > Click back into Admin CP. It'd be nice if the last 5 steps could get lopped off.
