Duplicate Add permission to stop poll creation

There is a permission to stop users voting in polls, but there is nothing to stop those users creating a poll.
If a user can't vote then shouldn't they also be prevented from creating polls?

I want to stop new users being able to create polls until they've made a certain number of posts - by changing group via user promotion

I did see that, but it was from a few years ago so I thought it was worth asking again for XF2
