Currently, if one creates a custom phrase in a parent language the parent value of the phrase in not shown in a child language:
for reasons explained here. This makes translating custom phrases rather difficult because to-be-translated parent phrases are missing from the view.
Please, add a "Parent value" field for phrases in child languages.
