How long do you think price tag for an add-on in Resources page is covered unless it's mentioned?

My add-ons all have free lifetime support.
It might be a good idea to have an additional field for paid resources, here on XenForo, to indicate whether an add-on has limited (X months) or lifetime support.
The same way a we can now indicate whether it has visible branding.

'Support Length and Renewal Cost' would be ideal...

Both great ideas! Would love to see them...

be fair though, not all addons should have a free lifetime update or support, as coding is work, and no one works for free.

i would only suggest free lifetime support via a support forum for customers only, that way customers can even help each other and the programmer can answer questions as they're able to, also eliminating many instances of the same question asked.

gonna test out the free version of *******s credits. maybe if i like it, i'll just grab the lifetime copy for $90. if i use it for a year, it's probably paid itself off.

I think asking a free lifetime update/support is not fair. What I believe is all options should be listed very clearly in the resource page. For an example:

Bla Bla add-on
Cost: $50
Support/Update: 1 year
Additional Support/Update: $25 for a year or $100 for a life time

I agree, weird pricing schemes like @******* has are deceiving. would like to see an option for what puropedia is describing.
