XF 2.0 Add On Time

Hello.

We recently upgraded from XF1 to XF2.

When I install an Add On, I've noticed it takes significantly longer to install on XF2 than it ever did on XF1, and more annoyingly, the entire forum becomes unusable. On XF1, I could install on a live environment comfortably, but on XF2 I'm having to apply any add on changes 3-4am given the downtime it causes...

All the below have took between 15-45 minutes to install - typically around template/permissions.

Is this expected behaviour?

I have a couple of those and they install as expected, maybe about 10 seconds.

Something is wrong if they take as long as 15 minutes
