Add-On Group Permissions

I've installed several great add-ons. Thanks out to all of you great developers!

My question is, many don't have a permission option to make them not viewable by certain member groups. Is there any way to take care of this outside of the permission settings?

Most of the add-ons allow users to edit the source code... you need to have PHP knowledge and how XenForo works to make changes...
